The Southside Christian Warriors soccer team scored 5 points and limited the visiting Greenville Christian Academy Knights to 0 in the Warriors league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Warriors face the Wilson Christian Academy Chargers (Wilson, NC) in a NCCSA AA District 3 - East Region contest, on Friday, October 13. Southside Christian will attempt to better on its 14-3 season record. The Chargers enter the contest with a 5-11 record after their 1-1 league Living Water Christian (Jacksonville, NC).
The Knights now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Raleigh Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, October 12. Greenville Christian Academy will face a Eagles team coming off a 4-3 league win over Scotland Christian Academy (Laurinburg, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 8-6.
