St. Paul Catholic Falcons (Bristol, CT) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Kennedy Eagles (Waterbury, CT), 3-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Falcons confront the Oxford Wolverines (Oxford, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley challenge, on Wednesday, October 11. St. Paul Catholic will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 11-1 league win over Wilby (Waterbury, CT).

The Eagles now possess a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wolcott for a Naugatuck Valley challenge on Monday, October 16.
