South Burlington Wolves (South Burlington, VT) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host St. Johnsbury Academy Hilltoppers (St. Johnsbury, VT), 7-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Wolves confront the Champlain Valley Union Redhawks (Hinesburg, VT) in a Metro challenge, on Friday, October 13. South Burlington will attempt to better on its 10-1 season record. The Redhawks enter the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 2-1 league win over Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT).
The Hilltoppers now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Essex for a Metro challenge on Friday, October 13. St. Johnsbury Academy will confront a Hornets team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Colchester (Colchester, VT). The Hornets record now stands at 4-7.
