With the win, Affton upgrades its record to 12-12 on the year. The Cougars host Bishop DuBourg (St. Louis, MO) to play the Cavaliers in a Class 2 District 4 bout on Wednesday, October 11. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Bishop DuBourg won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Collegiate Medicine & Bioscience (St. Louis, MO)

The Hawks now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Lift for Life Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 12. Hazelwood Central will play a squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lutheran (St. Peters, MO). The record now stands at 7-7.
