The Bishop Brossart Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Bourbon County Colonels to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now have a 20-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Augusta for a non-league game on Wednesday, October 11. Bishop Brossart will meet a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Bellevue (Bellevue, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 4-24.
The Colonels (9-17) will now prepare for their game against Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY). The Indians enter the District 40 game with a 13-20 record. In their last game, Montgomery County dropped by Trinity Christian Academy (Lexington, KY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
