The Central Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Woodlawn-B.R. Panthers to 0 in the Wildcats league victory on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now have a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hanson Memorial for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 10. Central will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Abbeville (Abbeville, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-13.
The Panthers (13-12) will now prepare for their game against Scotlandville (Baton Rouge, LA). The Hornets enter the Division II District 4 game with a 10-4 record. In their last game, Scotlandville dropped by St. Joseph's Academy (Baton Rouge, LA), 3-0, in a league outing.
