The Monticello Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Fallsburg Comets to 2 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Panthers now have a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washingtonville for a non-league game on Wednesday, October 11. Monticello will meet a Wizards team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to O'Neill (Highland Falls, NY). The Wizards record now stands at 3-12.

The Comets (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Rondout Valley (Accord, NY). The Ganders enter the non-league game with a 1-9 record. In their last game, Rondout Valley was nudged by New Paltz (New Paltz, NY), 3-0, in a league game.
