Poplarville Hornets (Poplarville, MS) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Forrest County Agricultural Aggies (Brooklyn, MS), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Hornets battle the Sumrall Bobcats (Sumrall, MS) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 12. Poplarville will attempt to better on its 20-3 season record. The Bobcats come into the match with a 16-10 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Greene County (Leakesville, MS).
With the loss, Forrest County Agricultural drops to 11-8 on the campaign.
