The Iroquois/Lake Preston topped the visiting Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Rebels volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league test.
The now have a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oldham-Ramona/Rutland for a non-league test on Saturday, October 14. Iroquois/Lake Preston will confront a Rutland team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Colman-Egan (Colman, SD). The Rutland record now stands at 8-13.
The Rebels (10-13) will now prepare for their test against Kimball/White Lake (Kimball, SD). The Wildkats enter the A Region 5 test with a 9-14 record. In their last test, Kimball/White Lake was knocked off by Mt. Vernon/Plankinton (Mt. Vernon, SD), 3-1, in a league test.
