The Knott County Central Patriots volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Perry County Central Commodores to 1 in the Patriots non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Patriots now possess a 22-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Ridge for a non-league game on Thursday, October 12. Knott County Central will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Phelps (Phelps, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 11-12.
The Commodores (20-12) will now prepare for their game against Breathitt County (Jackson, KY). The Bobcats enter the non-league game with a 17-11 record. In their last game, Breathitt County was dropped by Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY), 3-2, in a non-league game.
