The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Lake Mills Bulldogs (Lake Mills, IA) and the visiting North Butler Bearcats (Greene, IA), saw Lake Mills's volleyball squad beat North Butler by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Lake Mills upgrades its record to 22-8 on the year. The Bulldogs host St. Edmond (Fort Dodge, IA) to play the Gaels in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. The Gaels go into the bout with a record of 4-15.

The Bearcats now own a 9-16 record. They play next when they travel to West Hancock for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 12. North Butler will play a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to North Union (Armstrong, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-29.
