In Tuesday's league contest, the West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA) volleyball squad were winner over the host South County Stallions (Lorton, VA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Spartans face the Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA) in a Patriot contest, on Thursday, October 12. West Springfield will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Cavaliers go into the contest with a 14-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Lake Braddock (Burke, VA).
With the loss, South County moves to 2-10 on the year. The Stallions travel to Robinson (Fairfax, VA) to face the Rams in a Patriot contest on Thursday, October 12. The Rams go into the contest with a record of 0-13.
