Ohio High School Football - Copley tops Barberton

October 10, 2024: Barberton, OH 44203

The Copley Indians football squad scored 48 points and limited the host Barberton Magics to 27 in the Indians league triumph on Thursday.

The Indians now hold a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Revere for a Suburban - American test on Friday, October 18. Copley will meet a Minutemen squad coming off a 41-0 league loss to Highland (Medina, OH). The Minutemen record now stands at 5-3.

With the defeat, Barberton falls to 1-7 on the year. The Magics travel to Aurora (Aurora, OH) to confront the Greenmen in a Suburban - American contest on Friday, October 18. The Greenmen enter the contest with a record of 8-0. Aurora won 49-14 in their recent league contest against Roosevelt (Kent, OH)
