The Calhoun Colts football squad scored 41 points and limited the visiting Sewanhaka Indians to 14 in the Colts league triumph on Thursday.

The Colts now hold a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roslyn/Friends Academy for a Section 8 Conference II test on Saturday, October 19. Calhoun will meet a squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Glen Cove (Glen Cove, NY). The record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, Sewanhaka drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Long Beach (Long Beach, NY) to meet the Marines in a Section 8 Conference II test on Saturday, October 19. The Marines come into the test with a record of 2-3. Long Beach lost 21-17 in their recent league test against New Hyde Park Memorial (New Hyde Park, NY)
