Cass Tech Technicians (Detroit, MI) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Western International Cowboys (Detroit, MI), 40-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Cass Tech improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Technicians travel to King (Detroit, MI) to play the Crusaders in a Detroit Public 1 battle on Friday, October 18. The Crusaders go into the battle with a record of 6-1. King won 40-14 in their recent league battle against East English Village Prep (Detroit, MI)

The Cowboys now have a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Thurston for a non-league battle on Friday, October 25.
