The Jay Hawks felled the host Columbus Sharks football team by a score of 20-8 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Hawks play the Lane Knights (Brooklyn, NY) in a PSAL 3A challenge, on Friday, October 18. Jay will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 19-16 league loss to Brooklyn Tech (Brooklyn, NY).
The Sharks (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against John Jay (Cross River, NY). The Wolves go into the non-league challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, John Jay lost by Lakeland (Shrub Oak, NY), 29-13, in a league challenge.
