The Opelousas Tigers (Opelousas, LA) football knocked off the host Natchitoches Central Chiefs (Natchitoches, LA), 26-18 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Tigers now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Livonia for a 4A District 5 outing on Friday, October 18. Opelousas will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 39-0 league win over Beau Chene (Arnaudville, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-5.
