The Richardson Eagles football squad scored 33 points and limited the host Nimitz Vikings to 0 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Pearce for a 6A Region I District 7 test on Friday, October 18. Richardson will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 63-27 league win over Irving (Irving, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-2.

With the defeat, Nimitz drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Irving (Irving, TX) to meet the Tigers in a 6A Region I District 7 test on Friday, October 18. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-6. Irving lost 63-27 in their recent league test against Pearce (Richardson, TX)
