With the triumph, Wapakoneta advances its record to 10-6 on the campaign.
The Bearcats now have a 2-14 record. They take the field next when they host Crestview for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. Spencerville will clash with a Knights team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Kenton (Kenton, OH). The Knights record now stands at 2-15.
