Lake Norman Charter will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 25-6 non-league loss to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, North Stanly drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Comets travel to South Stanly (Norwood, NC) to clash with the Rowdy Rebel Bulls in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 17. The Rowdy Rebel Bulls come into the outing with a record of 1-5. South Stanly won 14-12 in their recent non-league outing against Albemarle (Albemarle, NC)
