In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Lincolnton Wolves football squad scored a good 40-26 triumph over the West Caldwell Warriors.
The Wolves (2-5) will now prepare for their match against East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Cavaliers come into the match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, East Burke was beaten by Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC), 14-6, in a non-league match.
