The Borderites now possess a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Anacortes for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 15. Blaine will clash with a Seahawks team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Ferndale (Ferndale, WA). The Seahawks record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Burlington-Edison drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA) to clash with the Cubs in a non-league bout on Monday, October 14. The Cubs come into the bout with a record of 4-5. Sedro-Woolley won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Meridian (Bellingham, WA)
