The Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) volleyball knocked off the visiting New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT), 2-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 14-1 record. They play next when they travel to Stratford for a bout on Tuesday, October 15. Pomperaug will clash with a Red Devils team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Masuk (Monroe, CT). The Red Devils record now stands at 0-1.
