Bridgeport Indians (Bridgeport, WV) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV), 8-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Bridgeport moves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Elkins (Elkins, WV) to meet the Tigers in a Big Ten test on Tuesday, October 15. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 7-7. Elkins lost 5-0 in their recent league test against Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV)

The Bearcats now sport a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they host Brooke for a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. Grafton will meet a Bruins team coming off a 3-3 league St. Clairsville (St. Clairsville, OH). The Bruins record now stands at 5-9.
