The Marquette Mustangs soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Eureka Wildcats to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Thursday.
The Mustangs now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Burroughs for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 15. Marquette will play a Bombers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Priory (St. Louis, MO). The Bombers record now stands at 11-5.
With the loss, Eureka moves to 4-7 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Christian Brothers (St. Louis, MO) to play the Cadets in a non-league bout on Monday, October 14. The Cadets go into the bout with a record of 9-9. Christian Brothers won 6-0 in their recent non-league bout against Sacred Heart-Griffin (Springfield, IL)
