In Thursday's league outing, the host International High School at Langley Park Bladensburg soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the International High School at Largo Sea Turtles.

The Bladensburg (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Surrattsville (Clinton, MD). The Hornets go into the Prince George's County 1A/2A/3A outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, Surrattsville was edged by Oxon Hill (Oxon Hill, MD), 2-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Sea Turtles confront the Potomac Wolverines (Oxon Hill, MD) in a Prince George's County 1A/2A/3A outing, on Monday, October 14. International High School at Largo will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Wolverines go into the outing with a 8-2 record after their 1-1 league Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North (Laurel, MD).
