Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the St. Anthony Bulldogs (Effingham, IL) and the host Vandalia Vandals (Vandalia, IL), saw St. Anthony's soccer squad triumph over Vandalia by a count of 6-0.
The Bulldogs (5-9) will now prepare for their battle against Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond (Arthur, IL). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond was overwhelmed by St. Joseph-Ogden (St. Joseph, IL), 14-0, in a non-league battle.
