Carthage Tigers (Carthage, MO) backers left the game happy Thursday as they observed their softball team prevail over the visiting Lebanon Yellowjackets (Lebanon, MO), 15-0 in a non-league bout.

The Tigers (19-8) will now prepare for their bout against Parkway West (Ballwin, MO). The Longhorns go into the non-league bout with a 15-7 record. In their last bout, Parkway West knocked off Rockwood Summit (Fenton, MO), 7-2, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets battle the Bolivar Liberators (Bolivar, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 11. Lebanon will attempt to advance on its 7-19 season record. The Liberators go into the bout with a 18-12 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Kickapoo (Springfield, MO).
