Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Killdeer Cowboys (Killdeer, ND) and the host Belfield Bantams (Belfield, ND), observed Killdeer's volleyball team top Belfield by a tally of 3-0.

The Cowboys (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Flasher (Flasher, ND). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 23-5 record. In their last contest, Flasher beat Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bantams meet the Glen Ullin/Hebron Bearcats (Glen Ullin, ND) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 15. Belfield will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Bearcats enter the contest with a 8-10 record after their 3-2 league win over Hettinger/Scranton (Hettinger, ND).
