The David City Scouts (David City, NE) volleyball knocked off the visiting Sutton Mustangs (Sutton, NE), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Scouts now possess a 17-7 record. They play next when they travel to Wilber-Clatonia for a non-league bout on Monday, October 14. David City will clash with a Wolverines team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Tri County (DeWitt, NE). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-24.

With the loss, Sutton drops to 10-15 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Sandy Creek (Fairfield, NE) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Monday, October 14.
