The Centerville Big Reds/Redettes football squad scored 55 points and limited the host Albia Blue Demons to 30 in the Big Reds/Redettes league triumph on Friday.

The Big Reds/Redettes now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prairie City-Monroe for a 2A Group 7 challenge on Friday, October 17. Centerville will face a Mustangs team coming off a 42-8 league win over Davis County (Bloomfield, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-1.

The Blue Demons (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Pella Christian (Pella, IA). The Eagles enter the 2A Group 7 challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Pella Christian lost by South Tama County (Tama, IA), 28-27, in a league challenge.
