Oregon High School Football - Summit wallops Bend

The Summit Storm football squad scored 49 points and limited the host Bend Lava Bears to 7 in the Storm league triumph on Friday.

The Storm now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crook County for a 5A Intermountain challenge on Saturday, October 18. Summit will face a Cowboys team coming off a 41-8 league loss to Ridgeview (Redmond, OR). The Cowboys record now stands at 2-4.

The Lava Bears (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ridgeview (Redmond, OR). The Ravens enter the 5A Intermountain challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Ridgeview triumphed over Crook County (Prineville, OR), 41-8, in a league test.
