The Franklin Flyers (Franklin, NE) football knocked off the visiting Blue Hill Bobcats (Blue Hill, NE), 34-12 in Friday's league outing.

The Flyers now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Axtell for a D2 District 5 (8 Man) outing on Thursday, October 16. Franklin will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 57-0 league loss to Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-7.

The Bobcats (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Kenesaw (Kenesaw, NE). The Blue Devils enter the D2 District 5 (8 Man) game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Kenesaw was toppled by Wilcox-Hildreth (Wilcox, NE), 36-18, in a league bout.
