Iowa High School Football - Cascade tops MFL MarMac

The Cascade Cougars football squad scored 46 points and limited the host MFL MarMac Bulldogs to 26 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now hold a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Camanche for a 1A District 5 challenge on Friday, October 17. Cascade will face a Indians team coming off a 44-9 league win over Lisbon (Lisbon, IA). The Indians record now stands at 4-3.
The Bulldogs (1-6) will now prepare for their outing against Northeast (Goose Lake, IA). The Rebels come into the 1A District 5 game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Northeast fell by Beckman (Dyersville, IA), 69-12, in a league game.
