The College Station Cougars walloped the host Cedar Creek Eagles football team by a score of 73-7 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Hays Hawks (Buda, TX) in a 5A-1 Region III District 12 challenge, on Friday, October 17. College Station will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 50-8 league loss to Weiss (Pflugerville, TX).
The Eagles (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Anderson (Austin, TX). The Trojans enter the 5A-1 Region III District 12 challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Anderson bounced Hendrickson (Pflugerville, TX), 45-24, in a league challenge.
