In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Cunningham Wildcats football squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Chase Kats.
The Wildcats (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Argonia/Attica (Argonia, KS). The Titans come into the non-league match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Argonia/Attica was nudged by Central Christian (Hutchinson, KS), 36-0, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Kats meet the Tescott Trojans (Tescott, KS) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 17. Chase will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Trojans go into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 54-6 non-league win over Otis-Bison (Otis, KS).
