New Mexico High School Football - New Mexico Military Institute beat Cobre

The New Mexico Military Institute Colts football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Cobre Indians to 0 in the Colts league triumph on Friday.

The Colts now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dexter for a 3A District 3 test on Friday, October 17. New Mexico Military Institute will meet a Demons team coming off a 48-0 league win over Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM). The Demons record now stands at 5-1.

The Indians (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM). The Warriors enter the 3A District 3 challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Ruidoso fell by Dexter (Dexter, NM), 48-0, in a league challenge.
