The Elkins Elks football squad scored 83 points and limited the visiting Lincoln Wolves to 6 in the Elks league triumph on Friday.

The Elks now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prairie Grove for a 4A Region 1 challenge on Friday, October 17. Elkins will face a Tigers team coming off a 63-21 league win over Berryville (Berryville, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.

The Wolves (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Green Forest (Green Forest, AR). The Tigers come into the 4A Region 1 test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Green Forest was overwhelmed by Gentry (Gentry, AR), 44-9, in a league test.
