The Norman Tigers football squad scored 56 points and limited the host Enid Plainsmen to 14 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Moore Lions (Moore, OK) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 17. Norman will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 3-3 record after their 40-24 league win over Deer Creek (Edmond, OK).
The Plainsmen (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Bixby (Bixby, OK). The Spartans enter the 6A-I District 1 game with a 6-0 record. In their last game, Bixby overwhelmed Edmond North (Edmond, OK), 64-7, in a league game.
