North Carolina High School Football - Erwin winner over Enka

The Erwin Warriors (Asheville, NC) football knocked off the visiting Enka Jets (Enka, NC), 28-14 in Friday's league outing.

The Warriors now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Asheville for a Mountain 5A/6A outing on Friday, October 17. Erwin will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 26-7 league loss to A.C. Reynolds (Asheville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-5.

With the defeat, Enka drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Jets host T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC) to battle the Rams in a Mountain 5A/6A contest on Friday, October 17. The Rams enter the contest with a record of 4-3. T.C. Roberson won 42-0 in their recent league contest against North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC)
