The Evansville Blue Devils football squad scored 39 points and limited the host Monroe Cheesemakers to 7 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Friday.

The Blue Devils now hold a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Whitewater for a Rock Valley test on Friday, October 17. Evansville will meet a Whippets squad coming off a 48-0 league loss to Edgerton (Edgerton, WI). The Whippets record now stands at 1-7.

With the defeat, Monroe moves to 1-7 on the season. The Cheesemakers travel to East Troy (East Troy, WI) to face the Trojans in a Rock Valley challenge on Friday, October 17. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 2-6. East Troy lost 41-0 in their recent league challenge against Delavan-Darien (Delavan, WI)
