Montana High School Football - Havre thwarted by Fergus

Fergus Golden Eagles (Lewistown, MT) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Havre Blue Ponies (Havre, MT), 33-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Fergus improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Park (Livingston, MT) to play the Rangers in a A - Central battle on Thursday, October 16. The Rangers go into the battle with a record of 0-7. Park lost 49-0 in their recent league battle against Laurel (Laurel, MT)

The Blue Ponies now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they host East Helena for a A - Central match on Friday, October 17. Havre will meet a Vigilantes squad coming off a 76-0 league win over Browning (Browning, MT). The Vigilantes record now stands at 5-2.
