In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Timberlane Owls football squad scored a good 29-14 triumph over the Goffstown Grizzlies.
The Owls (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Alvirne (Hudson, NH). The Broncos come into the non-league match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Alvirne was beaten by Pinkerton (Derry, NH), 56-17, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Grizzlies meet the Concord Crimson Tide (Concord, NH) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 17. Goffstown will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Crimson Tide go into the battle with a 2-4 record after their 42-35 non-league loss to Haverhill (Haverhill, MA).
