Arizona High School Football - Goldwater edged by McClintock

The McClintock Chargers edged the host Goldwater Bulldogs football squad by a margin of 22-16 in Friday's league test.

The Chargers now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ironwood for a 5A Central Valley test on Friday, October 17. McClintock will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 28-27 league loss to Paradise Valley (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 1-6.

With the defeat, Goldwater drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Sunnyslope (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Vikings in a 5A Central Valley test on Friday, October 17. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 5-2. Sunnyslope won 38-7 in their recent league test against Dobson (Mesa, AZ)
