The Hershey Panthers (Hershey, NE) football trounced the host Gordon-Rushville Mustangs (Gordon, NE), 71-0 in Friday's league outing.

The Panthers now sport a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Kearney Catholic for a C2 District 6 game on Friday, October 17. Hershey will battle a Stars team coming off a 22-11 league win over Mitchell (Mitchell, NE). The Stars record now stands at 7-0.

The Mustangs (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Valentine (Valentine, NE). The enter the C2 District 6 game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Valentine trounced Amherst (Amherst, NE), 30-28, in a league outing.
