The Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig]/Flasher Storm football squad scored 32 points and limited the visiting Richardton-Taylor/Hebron Raiders to 14 in the Storm league triumph on Friday.
The Storm now hold a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hettinger/Scranton for a 9-Man Region 4 (9 Man) challenge on Friday, October 17. Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig]/Flasher will face a Black Devils team coming off a 28-20 league win over Beach (Beach, ND). The Black Devils record now stands at 3-5.
The Raiders (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock/Strasburg/Zeeland (Linton, ND). The go into the 6-Man (6 Man) challenge with a 8-0 record. In their last challenge, Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock/Strasburg/Zeeland toppled Kidder County (Steele, ND), 36-14, in a league test.
