    • Alabama High School Football - Helena sneaks past Pelham

    October 10, 2025: Pelham, AL 35124

    The Helena Huskies football squad scored 21 points and limited the host Pelham Panthers to 20 in the Huskies league victory on Friday.

    In their next game, the Huskies face the Chelsea Hornets (Chelsea, AL) in a 6A Region 3 challenge, on Friday, October 17. Helena will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 44-7 league loss to Spain Park (Hoover, AL).

    The Panthers (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Benjamin Russell (Alexander City, AL). The Wildcats enter the 6A Region 3 challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Benjamin Russell held off Helena (Helena, AL), 28-10, in a league challenge.
