The Houghton Lake Bobcats felled the visiting Roscommon Bucks football team by a score of 22-12 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Bobcats face the Lake City Trojans (Lake City, MI) in a Highland challenge, on Friday, October 17. Houghton Lake will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Trojans go into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 56-6 league loss to McBain (McBain, MI).
