The Tigers (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pius XI Catholic (Milwaukee, WI). The Popes go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Pius XI Catholic smashed Cudahy (Cudahy, WI), 28-0, in a league bout.

The Emeralds now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Iron Mountain for a Western Peninsula - Iron bout on Friday, October 17. Manistique will encounter a Mountaineers team coming off a 38-14 league loss to Bark River-Harris (Harris, MI). The Mountaineers record now stands at 4-2.
