The Irish now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Clarendon for a 2A-2 Region II District 5 test on Friday, October 17. Shamrock will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a 48-6 league loss to Wellington (Wellington, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 0-6.

With the defeat, Memphis drops to 2-4 on the year. The Cyclones travel to Wheeler (Wheeler, TX) to face the Mustangs in a 2A-2 Region II District 5 game on Friday, October 17. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 4-1. Wheeler won 49-0 in their recent league game against Quanah (Quanah, TX)
